SHIPPING 

The shipping is free within Germany.

The delivery time for most products is 1 - 3 working days. Please note the product descriptions. For ART, the delivery time is 1-6 weeks. Some art works are only produced upon order. These are excluded from exchange.

We will send you an automatic email with your tracking number. The shipping partner varies with the provider of the creations;

Prices to other countries vary depending on size & weight.

 

 

RETURN

Hassle-free exchange & refund within 14 days.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. All products must be in perfect condition to be eligible for return.

Please note that the buyer bears the costs for shipping the return. As we are a start-up, we are unfortunately unable to cover these costs. A tip for you: If you paid via PayPal, you can have the return shipping reimbursed by PayPal. They offer this service to every PayPal customer for up to 12 returns per year.
